Replace black Indoor Ambient Thermistor or Wireless Remote Thermostat.

Indoor Ambient Thermistor reads outside the range -20°F to 200°F

Measure the thermistor with a multimeter. If it’s broken, replace the black sensor.

Measure the red thermistor using a multimeter. if it’s not good replace it
